Privacy
Short, because there is little to tell. In effect from 2026-11-07.
What we store about you
Your email, name, company, country and what you said you are building, when you sign up; your API keys as a one-way hash with their first twelve characters; one usage row per API call (the route, the parameters that cut the data, the number of jobs, the time, the status) so we can bill and show you your usage; the emails we sent you (subject and status, not the body); and your plan and spend cap. Your account page shows all of it.
Cookies
One cookie, jm_session, on app.jobmonkey.ai, which keeps you logged in for 30 days. It holds a signed session id and nothing about you. The public site www.jobmonkey.ai sets no cookie.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics on the public site: page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without storing your IP address. We see counts of pages, countries and browsers, not people.
Payments
Stripe processes payments and holds your card details under its own privacy policy. We store Stripe's customer id for your account and never the card.
Who sees it
CoBlack staff, to run the service and answer your mail. Cloudflare carries the traffic and hosts the public pages; Stripe handles payments; our email provider delivers the mails we send you. Nobody else, and we sell nothing about you.
Deleting your account
Write to [email protected] from the account's email. We delete the account and its keys; usage rows older than the invoices they belong to are deleted with them, and the invoices stay as the law requires.
The job data
The jobs themselves are public postings from employers' own career sites. They name companies and roles, not people. If you believe a posting holds personal data that should not be served, write to us and we will remove it.
